The fun adds up

Numbers are part of many activities at Days of Wonder. Children explore matching patterns, measure everything (including each other), and find squares in their sandwiches and circles in their cereals. They discover math is a part of everyday life-and it’s fun.

Kidding around

Our program for fours focuses on shared activities. Much learning comes from imaginative play, so we provide children with a large selection of props, costumes and musical instruments. Through make believe the children build more than houses and castles, they build friendships as well.

Budding bookworms

At Days of Wonder, we lay the groundwork for reading. Our fours continue to expand their growing vocabularies. They sing songs, connect letters with familiar objects and practice writing their names.

Can we talk?

Fours have such fun with language-whispers-secrets-shouting-singing. They dictate short stories, learn about time, identify, identify opposites, and follow two- and three-step directions.
